What are Link Unit Mutual Funds?
Unit link mutual funds are a mutual funds that collects fundings from individuals and manage them to generate profits and at the same time provide traditional insurances (health, death) to the individuals who give the fundings. The mutual fund types are the same as ordinary mutual funds: equity (relying on stock market movements), fixed-income (relying one government bonds), money-market (foreign exhange market), protected, or mixed (a mix of previous types). This type of investments can give individual investors two primary benefits at the same time: growth of capitals and security of properties. |
